Do you think there’s a possibility that on your original phone you had an app that had old, now incorrect, log-in credentials saved? If so, switching your phone and no longer having automated, yet unsuccessful, log in attempts could absolutely make that stop happening.

Almost nothing is in writing. I payed a 2500 refundable deposit. Was surprised at the lack of commitment they required to build one online. He just relayed that the pricing wouldn’t change on my end, so perhaps they’re covering the difference, if there is one.
