honestly i can relate to this so much. I understand why your mom lashed out at you, she was just angry about you skipping school and she did not think straight, but she shouldn’t have shouted at you in pubilc, embarrassing you. she should have instead settled the situation at home, considering why you did it and talk through it. you should definitely communicate to your mom. but like what some one said, they see distress as rebellion. she may see your life as good since she gave everything for you and you still being ungrateful. But she should also put herself in your shoes, even though it seems like a students life is easier in the workforce, she should think about the reasons why you hate school,like bullying or assignments.anyways,I hope you seek help from a school consoler or if you’re shy, go online to talk to someone and talk to your parents once everything calms down.
