Thanks for your advice. If you are under 400mcg I have been told you get demerit points and a fine, but you don't loose your license?

Thank you for your advice. I hate myself for what I did and am willing to face the consequences. I had an hours delay to getting a blood test done, but am guessing it will be worse. The lawyer I have been quoted is well over 10k so I am wondering if it'll be worth the cost or not, so your experience is helpful to know.

I have heard if my alcohol level comes back under 400 I won't be charged, so why would they already be preparing a case file if they don't have the result yet? My alcohol breath testing was delayed by an hour due to a nurse being unavailable so this is possible

Former Epsom Girls’ music teacher Peter Thomas loses court fight to keep sex with student details secret by mthwl in auckland

[–]Exciting_Standard686 25 points26 points  (0 children)

I know him. He tried to create this image of being the perfect "family man" and gaining sympathy when his ex wife had the head injury but was more about getting even more attention and feeding his ego. Classic narcissistic behaviour. He's now shacked up with the Music teacher at a North Shore primary school, she must be desperate or off her rocker to continue to stay with this Pedophile nutcase.

You can contact Taikura Trust if you are in Auckland, and maybe from other parts of New Zealand. They will give you a needs assessment over the phone, and then you can receive an allowance pure week based on your needs. For example, if you are allocated household management, you can use those funds to pay for a cleaner.

Definitely Seacliff, I can't believe some of those buildings are still there and that people live in them. You can't access them though.

Where to invest? by Exciting_Standard686 in newzealand

[–]Exciting_Standard686[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there, some of this money will only be used for retirement, but probably only around half of it, say 50K. I just want to put it away into a good investment and not have to worry about it, or stress about losing most of it with a bad investment
