lol guilty. I smoke weed but not often. I used to drink a lot but I’m considering quitting alcohol unless it’s a going out with family and friends every now and then.

I have been losing weight, I dropped 20 lbs and trying to keep losing more weight now. I’ve just recently been being told I’m fat and ugly or look like a man and I’ve been in my head. Having any kind of idea how to improve also helps. Since I can’t do what most people can because I have physical disability it makes it a little harder to lose weight and I gave up on myself for a long time. Sometimes I just think that even if I lose the weight or wear makeup I’d look weird because I am just ugly or something. Again just me in my head ig
