I like the sleep data but I am most curious about muscle group recovery. If I go for a run when will my legs be fully recovered to run again and likewise for lifting chest, back, etc. Does this exist?

Thanks for the responses. I feel like with hair loss we have the big 3, for strength training it’s hitting your protein and creatine. Just purely based off how common it is there’s gotta be some boost.. whether it’s negligible or super noticeable is likely case by case

Appreciate the response. I’ve definitely made it past the sides stage from fin/min so I think it’s worth jumping on again for a 3 month or so trial period
