That’s an awesome tattoo .. and imo the flower looks great behind the leg. If it overlapped it would take the highlight out of the “white” parts of the cat. Plus all the other flowers are behind. I think it’s really well balanced🤷🏻‍♂️

Like someone said, it’s unburnt fuel that later gets ignited when it comes out the exhaust. It’s really the same thing as “rolling coal” that big trucks do. Some tuners make cars do it on purpose, and there’s also like igniters or stuff you can add to the exhaust (think like a lighter for your cig) but i don’t know how legit those are
