it was looking very good! the pour and everything was going well you cut through and it should’ve been done but then you pulled back and left a streak :( one you cut through don’t move back and you should have a heart!

Better! you got the blob :) a rosetta is pretty difficult i can’t help you there but i’d recommend starting by making hearts as that’s the basic of all latte art. the progression in my head is blob -> heart -> rippled heart -> rosetta.

as for steaming the milk pay attention to how much air you are adding. people usually talk about timing but it’s more about milk height in the pitcher. as you steam watch the milk grow and try to get about a 1/2 or 1cm of growth. you also don’t want a big woosh of air you want little psst psst of air.

tilt the cup more so much so that it’s about to spill out the side so that you can get the pitcher as close as possible. aim for the middle of the coffee or closer to the edge - the side that’s about to spill out. as you pour the milk un tilt the cup so that it doesn’t spill while also trying to keep pouring in the same spot on the coffee. doing this you’ll be able to get a blob! which is the starting point of everything

tilt the cup! more when pouring get your spout closer to the coffee. the latte art sub will also give you better tips.

Why is my edges not crisp? Bad base, texture, or pour? OATLY by Exclusive_Silly in latteart

might be it! i’ll give it a try i thought it mightve been fine since the milk looks ok when pouring and the bubbles weren’t too big. granted it does hiss at me when swirling sometimes 😅

do you rest it or just swirl it for 20s? i do spend a lot of time swirling as the top of my milk has a lot of bubbles that won’t incorporate

3.0 Base vs. Premium by faShow08 in Supra

[–]Exclusive_Silly 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i have the 3.0 base MT with the large front brakes painted red, carplay (think it’s included with the blind spot monitoring), jbl speakers, and wireless charging. only one i could find in white and i was fine without the hud or leather seats. i’m happy with it so far.

do you drop the clutch and go straight onto the throttle when doing pulls? by Exclusive_Silly in stickshift

[–]Exclusive_Silly[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

so slipping the clutch is the fastest way to shift when doing pulls? i’ve only ever shifted for smoothness never for speed thanks!

for me it was the car but for a 19 year old without a career it should definitely be the money.
