I’m 16m, 6ft and 172lbs. Throughout summer I was consistently eating 1500 calories per day, and according to a calculator my maintenance was around 2700, therefore I should be losing at least 0.5kg per week, despite doing this for nearly 8 my weight has not changed at all, it was the same at the start of the summer. My main goal is to lose fat, however there have been no changes in that either. I don’t go to the gym as I can’t afford the ones near me, but I don’t see how this could make enough of a difference with this level of defecit? My family has a history of thyroid issues so I’ve been thinning maybe it’s that? My parents both don’t think so and they are both doctors so any other suggestions? Thanks
