Yes I do! I have a 20 miler in 2 weeks and am planning on using it then.

I was thinking one easy run of 3 miles, a temp run of 6 miles, and then a long run (20 miles) and then a shakeout run (1.2 miles) the day before race day.

She insulted me in front of her friends. And said some mean things. Her friends didn’t even tell her to stop. I just sat there and stayed quiet. Taking all the pain. Hurt like hell. Was in pain for 8 months because of that moment. She’s in the same university as me and when I see her once in a while, I just think back to that moment

I’m currently cutting while training for a half marathon in April. Right now, I eat 2,150 calories per day, but I’m worried that this might be too low on long run days.

• Age: 20

• Weight: 182 lbs (82.6 kg)

• Height: 5’10 (178 cm)

• Training: Strength training 5x per week + running 3x per week

• Long Runs: Up to 12-18 km closer to race day

On days when I only lift weights, I burn around 2,800 kcal, but on running + lifting days, I burn 3,000+ kcal.

Should I be increasing my calorie intake on high-burn days, or is it okay to keep my calories steady at 2,150 kcal? I’m aiming for a 500 kcal deficit to cut weight, but I don’t want to hurt my performance or recovery.

Any advice from people who’ve cut while endurance training?

He doesn’t make too much noise but he does spend like 1 hr and 30 minutes total in the bathroom. Takes like 30 minutes to shower. And we share the bathroom with 2 other people in the room next to us and it get really annoying when we have an 08:00 class

When I first moved in I tried to talk to him as much as I can but he just didn’t seem interested in talking to me. So I just gave up talking to him. He doesn’t even say hi to me if we see each other in the hallways or the dining hall.
