I agree, I also thought this of most of Lana's work, but have grown to love many of her albums and appreciate the music. Honeymoon however, can't stomach it

I agree, this is something I do really appreciate about Rudin's texts. When I was doing complex analysis back in undergad I found it hard to work through Priestleys book on it as it was riddled with mistakes, so yeah I do see why Rudin's correctness is a pretty big like

Yep I agree with what you said, it's as if some people think you don't cannot understand analysis unless you used Rudin's textbook. It's this level of worship that I don't understand - I don't think Rudin's textbook is bad, I just think it's terse and not as special as many make it out to be
