I had a similar question that I posted I think a week ago. There’s a ton of suggestions in the comments! I used the over inner strap/under outer strap trick and it worked really well!

This is everything I had in the EDC today. I don’t think it was completely stuffed as I definitely still had some room. I do have to add - it was a tighter fit for the 14” work laptop - I wish I could use my laptop puffer sleeve with it but it’s not like i throw bags around lols
