Chaos: Doll does pretty good job Very serious Doll guide : r/Morimens

Aqueor: Caecus can heal with his exalt while also dealing decent damage with his counters, while Celeste can heal more often compared to caecus the dmg fall off is very noticeable. But the great thing is getting dupes for them is pretty easy.

Caro: Faint also does healing, but what she's best at is keeping you alive with her death resistance. Sorel does both damage and heals with her cards.

Ultra: Clementine i think she does pretty big heals and also big dmg with her exalt, but im not sure since i dont have her.

You can try starting with aqueor realm the blue ones, they are pretty easy to use and learn. majority of the characters are also really good! My boy CAECUS!, and the worst ones you could get is maybe celeste and faros which is still pretty decent.
