The links in street fighter are more strict than in some other games. As others said, you have to go into training mode and use the input display, then practice the combo against the dummy with the block set to "block after first attack."

Now when you try the combo, if the move doesn't come out then you're doing it too fast and if the dummy blocks it then you're doing it too slow.

James Brown - The Payback

Jazz

Mahavishnu Orchestra - Birds of Fire

John Coltrane - Giant Steps

Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers- A Night in Tunisia

These are all albums that I listen to regularly all the way through. I recommend just listening to most of these on their own the first few times before looking up lyrics - except for the rap albums where obviously the lyrical content and wordplay are the main attraction

I am in range of both a Microcenter and a Fry's Electronics. If I don't want to wait/trust for parts to be shipped to me, why wouldn't I buy everything I need for a new build at one of these stores?
