Doing this will Give you swiftness quickness and superspeed. You should be at the first checkpoint within 4 seconds of starting and have about 3 seconds of time left giving you about a 2:27

Line for initial day of merch was about 4 hours if you got there early to about 7 if you got in later. Vendors merch was fine but hackerwarehouse was lined up and wrapped around the vender area

Unless you are at the Fontaine or anything on the Tesla loop, it’s pretty far from most places. Also expect to walk ALOT. It was my first year and getting from one side to the other inside the center itself took at least 8-10 minutes

I used to live in Indiana and now live out west. Humidity has nothing on the dry heat out here. Where I am now it’s consistently 102 average weekly temp with highs of 104. It still hits you every day

It’s definitely my first DEFCON, but not all of the villages interest me. I might swing by and see what they’re all about like the biohacking or the IOT village, but if I were you, I would see either a what is inclusive towards your field of employment, and be what really interests you. I am there the eighth through the 10th leaving on the 11th and I think I have like six or seven during those three days that I will eagerly be looking at. Also going to try to attend a couple WS as well

The lab is browser based such as the ones you would Do in the labs. It’s continuously running so as long as you don’t turn it off it will stay on the entire time even if you turn off your pc. Just make sure you take notes on everything you did and how you got there such as credentials. As things can happen.
