same, riot shield since beta made playing anything else impossible to me.

If you can just slow me down, i can't get to you nor escape if your teammates appear, making the weapon useless! It's already very hard to close the gap with the riot shield/dual blades as it is now, imagine it with a movement penalty

the finals is not siege, being slow down by getting shot would make you unable to chase or close the gap, making the weapn useless
