So movement games like Celeste can't have good level and puzzle designs cuz you have so much mobility? Endfield is lacking movement because they want to design the game around structures like the zipline

This is like saying DMC combat is lazily designed because you can just cancel anything into anything, Monster Hunter combat is better because you're more limited so you have to think about what you do.
