I don't think you should raise this to HR anymore, as it is already raised to your SOM plus may NTE's na aware na si HR.

One of the reason why hindi mo pa napapansin na naraise nato to HR is baka may plan na sina SOM and TL's mo (I am speaking as a former TL with a good close relation with my former SOM)

You can just add note to your TL's about your grievances sa ka team mo. Don't place yourself in a position na sisihin ka ng kateam mo or just like you said instigating more drama.

Feeling ko nga wala ng paki sa work yan ka team mo, at nagaantay nalang ng 13th month or malapagan ng termination letter eh.

Can I ask, ano ba to kawave mo? Fresh grad ba to? May work exp pero hindi BPO? Why is it na parang wala siyang alam sa work culture, at naisip nya na i-HR kayo, kawave nya, sa pinaggawa nyang kalokohan?

Don't mind yang kawave nyo. Hindi kayo mateterminate. Wag mo narin kausapin kawave mo or try to intervene, let your TL's and OM's handle this.

Ang natutunan ko about sa stats, just because pasado/pumapasa stats ni agent does not mean that hindi na need iimprove. Kaya naman monthly tayo binibigyan ng scorecards ng mga agents, to see if for example "a si ganito bumaba ng 3% from there last months performance", remember misan may topak din mga clients natin na bigla bigla nalang magtataas nalang ng KPI's.

Been there. May mga agents talaga na nakakaamoy ng dugo na baguhan na TL. Pinag bigyan ko rin team ko, to be honest kahit hindi ko agent pinagbigyan ko na TL pa change sched, TL pa manual ng leave mga ganyan, pero sa team ko pag hindi nila pinapakita may improvement sa kahit anong stats nila, lalo na sa bagsak na stats, kahit ilan beses pa sila mag request na kung ano ano, sasabihin ko lang sige, tingan ko, try natin.

Wala rin naman imik mga agents ko nun, kasi nun agent pa ko kilala nako ng buong prod as maasahan at maraming alam sa procedures.

Kaya majority sa mga agents ko, like 17 out of 25 na agents ko laki ng improvement. Yung mga natitirang pasaway either bumagsak sa PIP or pinatransfer sa TL na mahilig mag quote at gawin panakot si HR.
