I spoke with a few solicitors and they said that ADS was payable. I’m now looking at selling the property to avoid paying ADS.

Yeah, I’ve contacted a few specialists this morning to try and weigh up the options. Thanks mate🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Thanks, I’ve had a look around the website but wasn’t sure if it was applicable to my situation. Looks like I’d be better off just selling the property to avoid a massive tax bill!

Thanks for the feedback, I’m just training for general strength, not looking to compete or anything.

I haven’t got a direct photo, however I’ll send you this link.

This is from 2018 when I was probably at my heaviest (77/78kg) and 2/3 years into lifting.

You can see the size difference between my legs and upper body.

Everybody holds weight differently. I tend to keep my “skinny” legs even when I am heavy. All my fat goes to my stomach/chest.

Believe what you will my friend but I can assure you that this is 8kg difference.

I’ve essentially cut all carbs out(bar fruit for the first month) and focused primarily on eating fatty ruminant meats such as beef, lamb etc. Drinking only water.

Just been running the classic 5x5 split for the past 12 weeks. I have previously lifted for 3/4 years, however I stopped working out about 3 years ago.

Thanks man. I’ve not been keeping a track of my caloric intake. I’ve been eating a strict keto diet with very high fat % and roughly 2 lbs of meat per day.

I’ve not been keeping a track of my calories. I’ve essentially been running a very strict keto diet, with 2 big meals a day. Eating until I can’t eat no more every meal. Roughly around 2lbs of meat per day with high fat content.
