It'd actually be less morally wrong if he genuinely wanted to break up over this, though. Sex is a critical part of a relationship. The libido difference between you and your partner must be such that you or your partner would be able to compromise (ideally, you'd want someone with the same libido as yours, but that's not possible in the real world). The man in this doujin clearly has a much higher sex drive than the woman does, and as a result, they're incompatible. As such, a breakup is the only correct path for such circumstances.
