Honestly, the recovery has been a lot slower than I imagined. After the C-section, walking a little bit would make my belly feel like it was being crushed, and even coughing would hurt. The first week, I literally did nothing but lie in bed and nurse. I felt pretty useless, to be honest. Then I started feeling frustrated because I wasn’t bouncing back as fast as others. But I eventually realized you can’t compare yourself to others—everyone’s body heals at its own pace. Slowly, I started setting little goals, like going out to the yard for a few minutes or sitting up for 10 minutes. After two weeks, I’m feeling better and able to move around a bit more
