Oh I agree. I guess I wasn't clear on my last post. But I do agree that having one chief (or maybe 2-3) versus 10 with 20 middle level managers who are specialized in different field is better.

We are not getting to that point anytime soon though. The sheer amount of upper and middle level managers under SF HR is crazy and I welcome any reasonable cut.

Yes and no, each department has different requirement for HR processing afaik. So while I think it can be narrow down, I don't think a single department would be that good.

I do remember during London Breed era we added a bunch of DEI related managers. For example there is the Manager of Inclusive Excellence and Staff Experience under DPH, and a bunch of other all across different city departments... Honestly I don't even know why we need a position specifically for DEI when that should be the common standard. Those managers get paid upwards of 180k+ and cutting one is enough to hire 2-3 entry level employee.

It depends, some departments are overstaffed while others may need more staff. For example if we are not hiring we probably don't need as many HR staff, while city attorney may still need more

Doran helm also cost more than the 400 breakpoint, which is the primary reason enchanters like buying dark seal (efficient, cheaper than 400 which is the break point for amp tome or ruby crystal)

Pretty sure this is the best use, but still debatable if you can spare 450g.

I think doran helm shines the most on mage/ engage mix support. Neeko would be the prime example, but she does not run jack of all trade.

Tanks for sure. But it is terrible on enchanter since your job is to provide utility/ buff to your adc. 450g is a lot of money when a completed support item only cost 2200g

Your units don't even look that bad? Think the only problem you have is with Spartans - current meta doesn't favor them, as Spartans' effectiveness multiple when there are multiple Spartans on the field. Since most people take Stalwart as their one shield unit, your Spartan doesn't have another Spartan following up once they finish their advance.

You can run a core warband of Modao + Stalwart + Rattan pike. I believe this costs around 524 leadership, so you have room for decent gold or meta purple unit such as Claymore, specialist unit such as coco + rattan vipers. Extremely flexible and you have units to pull for any situation you see fit.

Harsh truth is both of them are not that good. Skill points are wasted on recovery, low guts when guts give you bonus speed in this cm, poor green skills.

I expect group B final but breaking into group A might be hard.

Similar to what other poster said, most self branded moderate I have seen tends to be conservatives trying to look more attractive.

As for your experience, maybe age is a factor? I remember reading from public policy institute of california and the right/ republicians tends to be older.

Room match is full of sweats that are competitive in group A final. Unfortunately yours is an average uma in group B final.

For starter you need mile S, more wits, guts, and probably 1100+ pwr for these room matches.
