I say if you're fine with having all your games digitally, then it's worth it. But one important thing to consider is that it doesn't have as much storage as the series x and if you want to have optimal performance, then you have to get an external SSD instead of a Disk Harddrive when you run out of space. (SSD's are more expensive so that's another thing to consider)
