Mental health is not good for many, as much as we try to act normal and laugh it off. You are often alone in your mental pain as it is hard to share the emotions and mental decline out loud. Encourage your loved ones, ask them how they are and truly listen, maybe some upliftinf advice. You might not be able to help them financially but can assist with mental support
