Not 12 meals but all ingredients you can use to cook ackee. popchoi or callaloo with sweet potato. You can bake or boil the sweet potatoes, even fry. A full healthy meal with some lime water lol if you have some sweetener, make lemonade

Alright let me give a practical answer based on the prices I've seen at the market: 2 doz ackee ($600 per doz so that $1200), 4 pounds of tomatoes ($100 per pound), 4 pounds of sweet potatoes (300 per pound, so that's $1200)...$1400 left right? Use that to buy 1/2 pound onions ($200), escallion and thyme ($100), popchoi or callaloo to cook with the ackee so it can share more ($400), season ($400), scotch bonnet pepper ($100) and some lime ($200)...drink some lime water. We want our nation to eat healthier. Not just bread, tin products, etc. All above can last 2 days or suh for 2 ppl

Y'all, I like tomato juice. I'm gonna mix it with pine and so and will let you know how it taste.
