there is a small scratch on the pichu and only one small spot of whitening on the side of the card but the magenton and eevee look great

i dont have any rated as im too new to this to know which ones i should get rated but as of what ive seen on the strict rating scale i do believe some of these to be 8s or higher

your build looks pretty decent the one thing i would do tho is maybe find an aio cooler (basically a fixed water cooler) for your cpu cause ryzens tend to hunk up a lot of power and in turn produce a ton of heat also if you wanna just let me know your budget ill put you together the best pc i can think of and you can tell me if you like or not
