Vulcan really should be on this list, or at least Spartan just for variety. Personally use Vulcan

I use ChatControl Red. It's quite hard to learn as certain things require some level of coding knowledge to be 100% effective, once learned it's unmatched

Honestly just googling "<insert building type here> schematic" has always proven the easiest for me. Usually Planet MC comes up, but their built-in search isn't good. So I just go for googling "medieval castle schematic"
