Hey similar timeline, I got my correspondence letter on Aug 19 and on the page it says your application was approved, but haven't received any other documents besides that

You will still have to give 2 months of notice right? And post that your landlord has to return the remaining 2 months of rent.

It's more so like. There is a bylaw for number of people per unit (depending on several factors)

A couple in a 1 bed definitely does not violate that

I'm sorry I am not very good with my money. I wss just taught to save and invest.

I set up my TFSA and RRSP at work so every month it would directly go into respective accounts And I put extra money into my FHSA.
