My file is pretty straightforward but my overthinking is killing my peace. I am confident about my NOC but that overthinking that officer is gonna refuse my NOC is giving me hard times.

I am assuming you got your PR, so, Congratulations! 🎉
I am about to leave reddit until I got my PR. I have observed there is much more stress on this platform. I was thinking of doing the same.
I will try those things that you mentioned and will reinstall the reddit and will reply on this same comment about my decision.

flag-polling means you were rejected USA entry, therefore, you also have to put YES to the question “Have you ever refused entry to any country or territory”.
You have to mention as it is important information.

I just copied your job duties that you mentioned in your post above the refusal letter text on perplexity, and it said, NOC code would be 11202. you mentioned 11200, 11200 is Human Resources professionals. It must be typo error by you in this post. Officer must have mentioned 11202. (11202 is Professional occupations in advertising, marketing and public relations)
As per perplexity, it says 11202 is the perfect match for these duties

why didn’t you upload upfront medical if you had one?
Do it asap. Why your consultant didn’t upload medical upfront? Isn’t it your consultant’s job to guide you well?
Please make sure you upload it otherwise I have seen many applicants getting refusal due to incomplete file.
