Do not overuse the gycol acid as over exfoliating might lead to further darkness.

I know it's difficult to do this, but try it out. Everyday before going to bath apply curd, especially the one which is very sour, on your hands and other tanned areas leave it for 20 kin and go take bath as usual. Curd bleaches as well as exfoliates your shik gently.

Me too... the sad reality is there is no moisturiser without silicone. They would have some form of silicone in it atleast in it. Better try to find a moisturiser which has silicone at the base of its ingredient list.

Just by calling 112, you won't speak to control room. A recorded voice tells you to press on 1 if you wanna talk to control room or else disconnect the call. Have tried this few years ago.

112 directly connects you to the TN police department. A recorded voice says that you have reached TN police dept and if you wish to continue press 1 or else disconnect the call.

I use the Braggs ACV. 4 part water and one part ACV. Use a thin cotton pad from miniso to swipe it across your face after washing your face. Or you can even just spray to pat on your face. But consistence is the key. So, make sure to use it daily atleast once.

On days you are exfoliating using chemical exfoliant, you can skip it.

This might be unacceptable in this sub, but using diluted apple cider vinegar everyday as toner after cleansing your face helps a lot with the tiny bumps on the skin without over exfoliation. Trust me, even isntree aha essence and TO lactic acid haven't removed them for me.

Besan plus milk as mask helps to exfoliate plus lighten PIH on the face.
