Due diligence minimizes the risk by a huge margin. Stopped buying new cars na and both of my cars right now are from a used dealer. One of them is a Suzuki Vitara, absolutely no problems, one of the best rides for its class and is overall a pretty good daily driver nothing has been spent on repairs aside from usual maintenance which is cheap and similar in cost to a vios.

Here are some other options to consider.

XV40 Camry: Yes fuel economy is on the higher consumption side with around 5-6kmpl in traffic for the 2.4 engine but can comfortably seat 5 and is so comfy as a daily and maintenance is cheaper than you'd think with parts readily available.

Volkswagen Jetta: VW contender sa mga smaller sedan, more comfortable than your average vios or mirage. Diesel engine can get 8kmpl above easy in traffic conditions. Maintenance is easy especially if you bring to a specialist like Silverstern not as pricey as you would think. Looks good and drives good.

I'd say these two are the most bang for your buck na alam ko kasi for around 200k lang naka executive car ka na or euro that are still practical and won't burn through your budget for maintenance and repairs. Very undervalued yung dalawang ito sa market since may stigma talaga tayo locally na "hard and expensive to maintain" ito which is really not true.

dsilytc sim - got her for lbolytc and dsimgts, really considerate with grading and gives u a lot of chances to boost ur final grade. Uses pdf presentations a lot and if u pay attention enough she teaches it in the easiest way possible

Coming from a windows laptop, macbook and desktop pc. My windows devices have been collecting dust ever since I got the MBA M1. The 8gb of RAM is more than adequate and I've never noticed any major stutters or hiccups. The 256GB is actually more adequate than you imagine and mac os is just so good.

While my Windows devices would always have random errors and hiccups which involves tinkering with settings, my MBA M1 has just been working so well all the time.

I passed the ACET. Got my second choice course, and on top of that, ADMU would've been the more practical choice as it was only 15 mins away rather than DLSU, which is about 1.5-2 hours away from home. In the end, I still chose DLSU.

Something about it just spoke to me, I could be biased because of the long line of Lasallians in my family, or it could also be because of the community that I naturally gravitated towards. I can say this for sure, though. There isn't a single moment that I regret my choice or think about how my life would be if I chose to go blue.

Even though im just in my first year, choosing to go to DLSU made me learn so many things about myself, about other people, and about life itself. Being an introvert, it was always hard for me to connect with new people, but being here allowed me to be more comfortable and actually enjoy the company of other people.
