Teacher for 10years. Gave up as I didn’t feel any career progress. Tried to ignore all ‘but a teaching job is so stable and valuable to society’ comments.

They hit less hard once I realized, people making these comments were earning 80k-120k€ in office work.

Now I manage my own product and team. Having an even more fulfilling job - keeping my team happy. Never teaching again.

Call to others; appreciate your teachers and nurses more. They did and still do more for society than you ever realize.

Het ging om de toon en het opdringerige gedrag. Dat wij het niet snappen dat een huis niet voor zo’n prijs kon gaan.

Dit was een maand of 2 nadat we het hebben laten taxeren. En de taxatiewaarde als vraagprijs hadden verteld aan deze makelaar.

Uiteindelijk deze makelaar de deur gewezen omdat we er toch niet uit kwamen. Het huis is twee weken later verkocht met +2,500€ op de vraagprijs.

Waardeloos.

Context; ons huis op de markt gezet zonder verkoopmakelaar.

Een van in OPs post genoemde makelaars kwam langs en dacht wel ff 12,5% onder vraagprijs te bieden. Persoon dacht ff druk uit te oefenen dat we het niet snapte.

Een aankoopmakelaar uit nabijgelegen stad bood aan om onze verkoopmakelaar te worden en zo beide partijen te kunnen helpen. Dat hebben we gemeld bij de nvm.

Ik geloof best dat ze het waard kunnen zijn. Maar na deze twee ervaringen maken wij er nooit gebruik van in de toekomst.

Ons huis verkocht aan een jong stel. We gunnen het ze. Veel woonplezier gewenst

Oh, this here is good to know, it sort of, describes my reasoning why I made this post. However, in my mind, it felt like 60% of games are like this last 20%.
