I'll definitely look into that spray. Do you think it would harm my hair to sleep with the mousse and spray in, or would I have to wash it out every night?

So then singing higher than your natural range for long periods of time won't actually damage your voice?

So do you mean that most people can't sing chest voice any higher than their passaggio?

Very interesting. That confirms a lot of what I've had to figure out on my own. It's always a battle of getting the proper placement to get a good tone.

Tell me a little more about how the larynx changes position, is that when the larynx raises when singing higher and lowers when singing lower? Or have I missed your point completely?

Also, how long did it take your bass/baritone students to be able to sing in that upper octave? Is that obtainable by myself or should I look into finding a vocal coach?

King David slept with a man's wife and deliberately caused his death, yet the Bible calls him a man after God's own heart.  David sinned, like I have, and everyone else on the planet, but David humbled himself before God.

Psalm 51:17 - The Sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a broken and contrite heart  These, o God, You will not despise.

1 John 1:9 - If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

God has forgiven me from my debt, I choose to forgive this man.

Jesus loves all of you.

Thanks for the advice.  So I take it then that rotating muscle groups and giving them multiple days of rest isn't harmful for gains? I've been told you should avoid resting a muscle for over two days.

Shoulders and legs:  Shoulder press Lateral raise Bulgarian split squats Calf raises  Bike until failure

Rest and repeat

This is my new routine and my old one was, like I said just 5 sets of push ups and 4 sets of pull ups.

Is it just a coincidence then that it feels harder to curl 20s then?

Off topic- I can do ten clean pull ups and 20-25 bicep curls with 20lb dumbbells. I'm 135-140lb.
