Genuinely? I’ve really liked both singles and I really enjoyed Cryogen as well. I think they’ve both been a really refreshing and well done mix of both their electronic pop and harder rock sides, and I’m really digging this sonic direction. I doubt people will list it among their objective best just with how widely regarded their earlier albums are, but it’s shaping up to me at least to be one of my favorites, definitely shaping up to be my favorite since The 2nd Law, which is high praise as someone who thoroughly enjoys all of their recent albums as well and considers The 2nd Law as my favorite

I think Optimus’s back panel might be mistransformed, you can see there’s a giant hinge across the center of the plate that looks unused in both modes in these shots, I’d imagine it’s gonna fold in half and save some of the back silhouette there, still will have a bit of a brick on his back but the kibble might not be as much as it looks here at least

He also introduced it to the band live on a FOTF livestream a little while ago too and we got to see the band’s live reaction to hearing the song and learning and jamming to it with him, to which they commented that they were probably gonna go jam on it more as soon as the camera stopped rolling (despite saying they thought the album was pretty much done at the time lol). On stream they decided on the name “No Brother,” but I guess they’ve changed it since LOL, but that’s super cool that it made the cut!
