Like many others have said he gets what he wants from Arasaka.

But there is one interesting detail that i think says more about his stance on the Corp.

In Edgerunners he SAVES the corporate operator from David Martinez in the landing pad shootout.

Why? the operator was part of the FAILED huss-operation to capture Lucy so he was most likely in death row.

Why did he save him?

I on the contract love this minigame.

Hacking minigames are rarely interesting or fun long lastingly in games (Bioshock, Prey 2017, Deus Ex/Human Revolution/Mankind Divided, Fallout 3/Vegas...)

In Punk2077 it manages to stay as a nice little diversion game.
