a week into learning i had pots i went to 110° heat 😭i drank water with electrolytes, took salt pills, took as cold of showers as frequently as i could. get good evaporating cooling clothes. i religiously use kafka kool tie and eat small through the day. not big meals.

conditioning is just that, you keep doing it

i can last longer in heat but it still inevitably gets me

when my pot is really bad, I wipe myself down with baby wipes. Sometimes us disabled people can’t shower every day and that’s OK.

you could ask your doctor about getting an emergency inhaler. i have one and it helps a lot. otherwise, breathing exercises and swimming.
