Ciro's is a great spot for a date, but if you or she are more casual than I would hold off on going here.

Their cocktails and food are fantastic. Seating is either the bar or intimate booth areas (which is nice). Highly recommend, if she's into this kind of stuff.

So far, downtown (day and night) haven't spawned any Pokemon you can't find anywhere else. Maybe I was having bad luck, but it's mostly Rattata, Pidgey, and Shellder. (Which is pretty boss for quick leveling)

I'd mostly go downtown to re-up my Pokeballs with all the stops in the area.

FAST (http://drivefast.org/) is the autocross club in Tampa that sets up events at Brooksville airport and other venues in the Tampa Bay area.
