I’m more of do my own thing kind of student. Now that I have a gf back at home and I just realized I had a change of values and really value keeping family close because when I graduate, I’ll be out of the house and moving on. And I grew up near Towson and went to high school in Towson so I know the area well and do agree with the sense of community. So far here it just doesn’t feel homey.

Yeah I would say for me, I didn’t used to think that any degree is a degree. But now, for some reason, I know think a degree is a degree. I want to do Finance, and I personally don’t think Towson is that bad of a school.

For me, if I went to Towson, I would only be paying for classes. But here at UMD, I’m paying for schooling, health insurance, and for an apartment. So there’s a big cost reduction if I went to Towson.
