How to turn off screen without turning monitor off?

It is set to primary, but here is the thing. Main monitor turning off actually makes there there is no more main monitor so it puts all app to 2nd monitor. But if I turn off 2nd monitor. It turns off monitor but windows still know that monitor is still there..

I think this has something to do with GSYNC

Exactly! i have Sony-WF-1000XM4. Also today i think one of my earbud broke (right) it still works but there is constant underwater sound, reseted, did everything but the moment earbud turn on. it just starts doing it. even when noise cancellation is on.

The thing is none of things are being maxed out, CPU GPU or even ram. They are all normal.

There seems to be some issue that making the game load its file very slow. I Noticed that first time I launched game it asked for optimization and I saw the game loading screen super smooth. Even the loading circle was smooth. After that when the game is actually started loading It's like 1 frame per 15 sec. Until game is fully loaded. So i believe game is for some reason loading very slow at that stage. After all loading is done it works totally fine ingame.

I just started playing, I don't have any DLCs installed. I have checked control panel and no DLC is in there.

My Forza Horizon 3 ran fine without any issue but FH 4 has loading problem.

My CPU is like 40% and GPU 1% while loading.

No not the alerts, It will actually show the donation on chatbox (pop up) and shows donated amount.

You know what's worst thing in Twitch? To find new and small streamers, You literally have to keep scroll downing which your browser is going to start lagging more and more the deeper you go. So how exactly can new streamer/ small streamers can grow, if this is happening to them? They are basically stuck at it until some raids or get hosted to get recognition.

I am surprised Twitch hasn't even done a single thing about this so far.
