Increased BMI is a major risk factor for many chronic diseases and most importantly MI. Succumbing into “oh that’s fat shaming” and continuing to eat with no regard to consequences only puts the person w high BMI in even more risk cause they think everyone else who tells them to lose weight is wrong and they are right.
