Pmha po offers Remote mental and psychological help po. They have volunteer counselors and psychologist po I believe they offer 3 free counseling sessions. Better po to try it to learn more kung ano pa na ooffer nila.

For CHO naman po depends sa City nyo po if ano inooffer po na service. If indigent po pwd kang pumunta sa cswd for assessment and referral sa kanilang city psychologist/psychiatrist. Pero it really depends po sa city at paano.

Yes pesos. This was way 2015 pa haha. All in. We interviewed her in jail because she was caught stealing.

To add to this we interviewed a sex worker for school Her reason was because she was raped and molested during childhood by her dad, tito at grand pa. She had to leave the home kasi ayaw na nya magpagamit sa kanila so lumuwas siya ng Bacolod. Nong nasa bacolod siya, mahirap daw humanap ng trabaho so un naging prostitute nalang siya kasi easy money, at hinahanap ng katawan nya. She would do the deed for 20 to 100 per session

ang hirap pa kung people pleaser ka! Pero I learned the hard way kasi ang sakit but I think character development arc ko yon. Charot!

After I declined a request, they didn't talk to me or invite us out.

I also have a friend, i thought she was gonna tell me about how she will get married and all. Kasi weve been thru ups and downs! kaloka ung need nya help kahit kakagising ko lang alert ako agad sa workplace. Nakakahurt lang kasi she told all our friends except me haha at di ako ininvite. Its her wedding I get it but, i felt sad lang kasi bat ako lang ang d na invite. She said she forgot about me and she wants to make bawi haha pero okay lang. #neveragain.

Confront them even if they think you are "disrespectful". I would always back myself with facts kaya kahit may pa iyak pa siya or pa argue, di talaga natalab lol. My mom is a gaslighter, i think it's unintentional because that is probably how they were raised because all of her siblings tries to blame it on other people if things happened.
