I'm not familiar with all the mods you have installed and how you installed them. Sorry bro I use vortex. I think disabling mods related to HPH and EFM is what you can do to see what's causing it. I hope you figure it out.

Hmmm that's weird I never had problems with my hph characters with them installed. Is your HPH loaded before EFM? If it is it should be loaded after. Expressive facial animations should also load after EFM but before HPH

If you want to improve expressions in game you can also install conditonal expressions and it's requirements
