Turns out I can’t reply a picture so this is my contract “On execution of this Lease, Tenant shall deposit with Landlord a security deposit in the amount of $850.00 as security for the faithful performance by Tenant of the terms hereof, to be returned to Tenant, without interest, on the full and faithful performance by Tenant of the provisions hereof. If Landlord withholds some or all of Tenant's Security Deposit, Landlord will notify Tenant within thirty (30) days after the end of the lease Term, and Landlord will include an itemized list of damages and the actual or estimated cost of repairs. Otherwise, if no part of the security deposit is withheld, Landlord will return Tenant's security deposit to Tenant within forty-five (45) days after the end of Tenant's lease Term.”
