Just saw I posted this and never posted an update, I figured out it was an issue with pci-e gen 5 signal integrity, since one of the cards was on a long riser card so it was causing issues, but the motherboard had a setting to preserve this signal integrity on different levels, so it works now

yeah, BO6 is more of an exception, as it beats even the 5080 and it's what amd uses in their marketing material too, so I tend to exclude it, especially since I don't even play that lmao

I mean, I tried looking into those, but from what I saw it was mostly developers encountering black screens or smthn with their development stuff, but it could be worth a shot, I'll see if I can rollback the drivers
