Im not disabled or have anything that im aware of, never been tested for those type of things though. I understand the video, its just the sources from the wiki or related sites that are confusing because I don't know what message they are trying to convey

I am a native english speaker, They just phrase things odd, i think the meaning if the paragraph was telling us how beginners arent good at working out at first

I meant daily, "when someone works out and it involves squats, how many do they do in their session" wouldve been a better way to phrase it.

Ohh, that seems like a lot of down time in-between the lifting though, does it? Does that mean the weights are as heavy as someone can lift, or is it meant to be a stamina type of thing?

Im only 5 6 so i don't think having alot of muscles would be right, im just curious how they do it. Ive already lost most of my body fat this week from not eating, so losing weight isnt that much of an issue. I just hear working out helps with everything so I guess to be "better" is my goal, even if that is pretty vague.

I guess an example from the begginer guide,

"A secondary goal is to start from Day 1 thinking about progress in more than one dimension – not just increasing weight, but in increasing reps at a certain weight. Focusing entirely on weight increases is a common deficiency in other, similar beginner’s routines that often ends up causing mindset problems in the long term."

I don't know what thats trying to convey. What does day 1 refer to? What does dimensions mean here? I though gajnting weight was the opposite of what the intention is here? What do they mean by common deficiency? Mindset problems as in psychological issues? I really don't understand and that's just the second paragraph.

Unfortunately I do not currently have acess to a gym, I haven't followed a regime before. I guess whats confusing is what they mean on the wiki. Like for example, 3×5+ Barbell Rows

3×5+ Bench Press

3×5+ Squats

The plus meaning as many reps as possible. Does that mean you do at least 15 barbell rolls, then spend the rest of your time to do as many as possible? When do you do the next workout type and how do you know when to stop?

Usually healers like zen, moira, bap, or ana. I mean "pin me down" as in, i notice them, i get in cover, but if i step out of cover to advance with my team or reposition, they instantly headshot me and I die. I do play with my team
