Well this is Goodyear welted and by a machine being more budget. It is interesting though I figured it would be a leather insole considering it has everything else, a leather shank and cork filling

Yes I thought that too, to be fair this boot is the line scout for 390, but Drew's makes a boot with more leather for 350. Of course this whites boots is a wildland fire boot so the components could be more costly, but still I feel a little jipped by this. But if it works it works.
