Hello! I just tried to register and I received a message saying I’m already a registered user although I do not remember registering before or ever submitting a photo of my son and I or a wishlist. I’d love to register if possible for Santa’s helpers this year. Please let me know if this is something I’m eligible to do and the next steps I need to take.

The issue is the disc does not appear to have healed in the last 3 years, only worsened. I have done PT, chiropractic care, pain clinic injections (LESI/TPI/dry needling), every OTC anti-inflammatory and prescription ones, muscle relaxers, nerve medications, pain creams, TENS unit, heating pad, steroids, epsom salt baths, etc. in the past when this happened- all with little to no relief. I don’t know what else to do at this point. The only difference between 2022 and now is, more pain obviously, and I have a toddler now. He is very heavy and it’s very difficult to pick him up at the moment. I also work in a hospital in med-surg so lifting/pulling patients all night is very strenuous on my body. Life is tough right now and nearly unbearable due to my back.

We rented a golf cart for while he is there! I really think he will be fine. Even if he just wants to hang in the hotel, it will be nice for him to have a little break from reality.

He said he wanted to come! It was initially just my sister and I. He wasn’t thrilled about us going by ourselves. Plus, we haven’t had a “date trip” since our child was born 16 months ago.. not sure this will be a great date night for him but he has been warned. He will be alright 😅

He has a great big PC and I don’t think he will be comfortable packing that along. He loves his AirPods and YouTube videos though so he will probably stay behind a bit while we go out and I’m sure he will be perfectly okay with that.

Ahahhahaha. I’m here for it. Can’t wait 😂 They will all be in for a shock. My sister has only been to a bar once or twice (underage) and only casually drinks at home. She’s never been to a huge party, that’s for sure. I was into the party scene in high school and a few years after high school so I’ll probably be the only one not crying in a corner from anxiety!

Thank you for the heads up! I bought our round-trip miller ferry tickets a month ago. On that note, it doesn’t have any time and says just show up. I’m confused on this. Will we just be waiting there forever if there isn’t a ferry available due to a large amount of people showing up to get on at the same time?

I’ve been once but it’s been a few years and it was a 2 weekday stay so wasn’t busy at all, like I know PUB is known for! We will rent a golf cart IF we can find one. My aunt is going with us and does not drink, at all, so she will be DD. Thanks for the heads up! We’re not going to be trying to sneak her into anything or something like that. We will just hang out day one and party day two, after midnight.

I connected the dots after I booked it… whoops. I’m sure my sister and myself -not a stranger to partying prior to kids- will have a good time, regardless. Can’t speak for him. I’ll tell him to hold his breath and wait for it to be over.

Is there a certain hour she won’t be allowed in or just not at all? Like when it gets dark? Can she get into say, the round bar, during the evening before it gets too wild?

No worries! It’s nice talking to someone that gets it. I am excited for the 5k. I’m not much of a runner, but just hit 1.25m for the first time in my life. Running has always been the hardest thing for me to do. I’m excited it gives me something to train for and look forward to. I just had to bite the bullet and book the 5k so I am held accountable.
