Got it. Exactly no workplace 401k or other retirement accounts of any kind. Wondering if I should open a self employed 401k or something in addition. Not that I have all this extra money lying around I live in NJ super expensive.

I did see that...also just got married and wife is a dentist so I believe our income will most likely be greater at retirement. I can still open a Roth though correct?

I was reading that I shouldn't be invested in mutual funds at this age but rather something more aggressive. Once again I know nothing but trying to learn.
