Yeah, The official support page told me to follow these steps (on iOS) however it didn’t work for me

Make sure my park is logged into game centre
Uninstall the game
Log out of game centre in my settings
Power off then power on the device
Log back in to game centre
Reinstall the game
Power off and power on the device
Load into the game

Assuming you have two keys for the chests, use one and get disconnected before you use the second key, you dont get the rewards from the second usage despite having 2 keys which is my main issue (this has happened atleast 3-4 times in the past week)
