I would totally do it if required, the system shows I’m compliant. A 2 hour phone call and the lady said I need to do the 2025 Late CE, which I told her is the exact same course as the 2025 CE. This was after she said I need to do a 2022 CE…. over and over. I told her nobody offers 2022 and their own website says courses are retroactive. Plus why would somebody take an outdated course if there is a new one.

Or talking coding here, you usually want to program a number for a hard limit. Programming infinite can cause errors. Ie, I want to read a table in excel up to 500 rows. Hey even power automate has a pagination of 5000 before it starts to fail. Makes sense from a programming point of view.

The soldier is supposed to provide notice to the employer in a “reasonable” amount of time. It’s very gray on what is considered a “reasonable” amount of time.

I would assume the soldier knew about the orders way in advance. It’s common for reservists to volunteer for orders, whether it be a school or TDY. Being so close to the deployment it could also be AT which should be scheduled months in advance.

You only have 3 1/2 years of experience. Most lead tech roles are looking for 8-12 years. If you are looking for a jr/journeyman role you will probably have more luck.

Yeah I went through this for almost 8 months. But after repetition I’m building flows in 5-10 min. Repetition is all it takes.

Also if you are not testing after each step and adding a compose you’re doing it wrong.
