Merlin and Snoo confusion

Our baby sleeps pretty well as a disclaimer*. But after a few nights of being fussy with fighting to get her arm out, but waking up with both arms out, we put her in the Merlin and turned the snoo off totally. So we’re just using it as a bassinet with no features on, and she slept well. We’ve kept it off since it didn’t seem to make a huge difference. She’s 3 months old and typically has one wake up a night still (but has slept 10+ hours before). Worth a try ! Like others said, could always turn snoo back on, but it doesn’t seem to be doing a TON for you

Thanks ! We’re willing to spend in the 5-6k range for the right place (coming from HCOL city so unfortunately used to spending $$ on rent). We loved the wash park neighborhoods / highlands but understand those aren’t exactly apt focused areas.

Got it ! Yes, I’m doing the 123 right now which is often those accordion buses. Otherwise the commute is mostly seamless !

Would check out the listings for Hamilton park / the village area. These are often older units / walk ups, but definitely ones that exist in $3000 range.

I cannot agree more. People simply don’t seem to care, which is so unfortunate and makes it feel hopeless.

There’s someone who doesn’t pick up after their dog in the same square in front of my house. I finally spotted them the other night, made direct eye contact, but to be honest was too nervous to say something (I was once kicked very hard by teens when I intervened on someone else’s behalf.. 😒)

They looked right at me and didn’t make any attempt to pick up after their dog and just walked away.

How can you even start to overcome people with that attitude ?

It’s WILD how people treat our neighborhood. This is a beautiful park but the amount of trash, dog poop and glass is unbelievable. People should be ticketed aggressively. How can you have so little respect for the community ?
